
An all-level community yoga class for those desiring to strengthen, stretch, balance and soothe. In a slow-moving vinyasa, we use breath guided movement to create body~mind health and well-being.
* All students, please bring a yoga mat and strap to class
* Beginner students, please bring two blocks for pose modifications
Please Note:
1) The booking window (and registering~paying for a class) closes 8 hours prior to class start time
2) Classes already purchased can be canceled up to 4 hours before class start and payment refunded
3) Parking is available in the Windsor Rec parking lot
4) Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class start (walk into basketball courts on right side entry and look directly to a double door to the right)
5) No walk-ins ... pre-registration required
